However, German companies currently have excellent chances, especially if they can clearly communicate their training needs — and that's where we help.
No upfront costs or risks. We charge a flat fee of €2,500 per employee for our matching service (application support + admin support + training partner selection). This fee is only due AFTER your employee receives official confirmation of participation and you start receiving wage subsidies. In return, you get €15,000–€30,000 per employee in wage subsidies plus completely free training. We work 100% success-based.
No — don't worry. We handle most of the admin for you. Your time commitment: approx. 15 minutes. The €2,500 per employee fee covers our complete service including application support, training partner selection, and ongoing assistance. This fee is only charged after successful approval.
Officially it is 20 hours per week, but in reality it is approximately 5-10 hours per week. The training is designed to be flexible and can be completed alongside normal work duties.

It's based on the total cost of an employee to the company (gross salary + fringe costs). Max. 20 hours per week are subsidized. The funding lasts the full training duration (10–12 months). Typically, this results in €15,000–€30,000 per employee — a 6-12x return on the €2,500 fee.
It depends on your location — Berlin, Hamburg, and Munich are typically a bit slower due to higher application volumes. However, approval usually takes around 2-3 weeks after submission of all requested documents. We'll keep you updated throughout the process and handle most of the coordination with local authorities.
No. Thanks to flexible and digital formats, employees can complete training alongside their normal duties. So you can rest assured — there's no major operational impact.

You receive approval from the local job center within ~4 weeks. You get a voucher for the agreed training. Once training begins, you'll start receiving monthly wage subsidies. Our €2,500 fee is charged only after you receive official approval and before the first wage subsidy payment.
